Refund Policy
Lifeline CPR & Safety Training Academy LLC maintains the following refund and cancellation terms:
Individual Classes
All payments are non-refundable. Payment confirms and secures your registration.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled class time are eligible for a one-time reschedule only, subject to availability.
Group / On-Site Training
Deposits are non-refundable. Balance payments may be refunded only if the class is canceled by Lifeline CPR & Safety Training Academy LLC.
Group rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to instructor availability.
Cancellations by Lifeline CPR
Classes canceled due to weather, instructor availability, or other unforeseen circumstances will be rescheduled. Participants will be notified in advance.
No-Shows
Participants who fail to attend their scheduled class or cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled start time are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
By completing payment, you acknowledge and accept this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
